What ego is, what it can do, and how to get started in your server.

What is ego?

ego is a private, all-in-one Discord bot built around deep server knowledge. It watches activity, remembers history, and turns it into useful tools -from moderation and music to identity tracking, recaps, and AI. Everything is available through prefix commands (default ,) and slash commands.

ego runs in private access mode: it doesn't have a public invite. Servers gain access through invite codes -see Private Access in the sidebar.

Most server features (autoresponders, reactions, starboard, sticky messages) can also be managed visually from the web dashboard -no commands required.

Quick Start Guide

Get access

Claim an invite code with ,join <code>, or request access on the request page.

Connect your server

Run ,connect in your server to attach your private access to it.

Set your prefix (optional)

The default prefix is ,. Change it with ,prefix set <symbol> or set a personal one with ,selfprefix.

Getting Help

Every command responds to ,help <command> with usage, arguments, and aliases. If something breaks, ,ping and ,uptime tell you whether the bot itself is healthy -and the status page shows live telemetry.
